Wait times vary by clinician and service. We’ll provide the next available openings when you contact us and can add you to a cancellation list for earlier availability.

Consider the presenting concern (CBT for anxiety/depression, DBT for emotion regulation, trauma-focused therapy for PTSD), age-group (teens vs. adults), and additional needs (nutrition coaching or career counseling). We’ll help match you based on preferences, availability, and insurance.

Standard therapy sessions are 45–60 minutes. Intakes or specialty assessments may be 60–90 minutes. Nutrition coaching or brief check-ins may be 30 minutes.

Yes. We offer telehealth and in-person appointments depending on clinician and client preference.

Majority of our clinicians accept insurance. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Our lead clinician is private-pay only ($280+/session).

Private-pay allows longer, consistent appointments, confidential record control, and integrative care (therapy + nutrition) that insurance often doesn’t cover.
